What are the most common questions customers ask you about custom cushions and squabs?
Customers often ask about pricing. We understand that cost is a significant factor, and we strive to provide transparent and competitive pricing. Please note that custom cushion pricing varies depending on size, shape, fabric, and inner choice. For a precise quote, contact us with your specifications.
Are there any tricky things about ordering custom cushions that customers often get confused about?
One common area of confusion is understanding the difference between fabric grades and suitability for different environments (indoor vs. outdoor). It's essential to select a fabric that not only suits your aesthetic preferences but also meets the functional requirements of its intended use. Outdoor fabrics, for instance, need to be UV resistant and water repellent. We can provide expert advice to ensure you choose the right fabric for your needs.
Why do cushions vary so much in price?
The fabric you choose is approx 80% of the cost of your cushion, the inner about 10% and manufacturing 10-20%. We can provide an estimate if you have your measurements.

How long will we have to wait for our order?
If the fabric is in NZ and we order it the day you pay your deposit (70%) we will complete your order in approximately 2-3 weeks. This leadtime varies depending on the time of year as we get very busier from October onwards due to the extra volume of work before Christmas.
Do you provide a Warranty?
Yes. The cushions are quality checked before they leave our workroom and we offer a 3 month warranty on our making. This unfortunately cannot include fabric durability or zips which can be exposed to environments not suitable for their composition or purpose.
